Our Team

Our remote-first team of 45+ people spans 7 countries and 12 nationalities, and is 35% female. We have a female CEO and a strong gender balance which we are always working to improve. We recognise that to do our best work we need the best people, and the best people come from all walks of life. Diversity in background, life experience and ideas is the key to innovation and ultimately success. So to us, prioritising diversity in all its forms within our team is really a no-brainer!

Location! location! location?

Axonista is a remote-first team, so all positions advertised are remote (working from home) positions. We have been supporting remote work and flexible working since 2017, and are an employer partner of Grow Remote. Our team is based all over Ireland, and across Europe.
